I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen since I was a little girl. Starting with my addiction to 30-minute meals until I just couldn’t stand Rachael Ray anymore (sorry, Rach, you got annoying), to chopping onions in my swimming goggles, to pouring over Julia Childs’ “The Art of French Cooking,” I just couldn’t get enough.

My parents weren’t big on cooking any way, so I began cooking at both of my houses practically daily, and wound up falling more and more in love.

My cooking has evolved as my relationship with food and my body has improved, and as a vegan, I now have fallen in love with creating in the kitchen all over again!

All of the recipes on this page are plant-based, and healthy! I believe that what we put into our bodies is the most important of all of our daily decisions, and I strive to keep even my sweet treats as healthy as possible.
